How reach Marnav & Palumbarus shipyards

Marnav & Palumbarus shipyards are in the province of Vibo Valentia (in the harbour of Vibo Marina and in the industrial area of Porto Salvo). The main shipyard is placed in the harbour of Vibo Marina, in 'Via Cristoforo Colombo' (Cristoforo Colombo Street).

Road/Speedway

• Road:
  • SS 18 southern way: go for Reggio Calabria to Vibo Valentia. About a kilometer and 500 meter to the gate for Pizzo of the speedway A3 SA-RC get the deviation to the right for Pizzo-Vibo Marina (feed the SS 522 road).
  • SS 18 northern way: go for Salerno to Vibo Valentia; at Vibo Valentia get the SS 18 road to Vibo Marina (feed the SS 18 road to Longobardi and the SS 182 one from Longobardi to Vibo Marina). Distance: 12 Km from Vibo Valentia.
• Speedway:
  • A3 SA-RC southern way: go for Reggio Calabria and exit to the gate of Pizzo. About a kilometer and 500 meter to the gate for Pizzo of the speedway A3 SA-RC get the deviation to the right for Pizzo-Vibo Marina (SS 522).
  • A3 SA-RC northern way: go for Salerno and exit to the gate of Vibo Valentia-Sant'Onofrio: continue for Vibo Valentia (SS 606) and at the first traffic light turn on right for Viale della Pace (an avnue of Vibo Valentia). At the second traffic light turn on right for Vibo Marina (feed the SS 18 road to Longobardi and the SS 182 one from Longobardi to Vibo Marina).

Railway

• Railway station FS of Vibo Marina: from the square behind the railway station go through Via Stazione (an avenue of Vibo Marina) while you cross Via Santa Venere (another avenue of Vibo Marina); continue to Via Michele Bianchi and Via Cristoforo Colombo (other two street of Vibo Marina).
• Railway station FS of Vibo Valentia-Pizzo: continue for Vibo Marina getting the SS 182 road for Vibo Marina.

Airport

• International airport of Lamezia Terme: one kilometer from the airport go to the southern way for Reggio Calabria come on to speedway A3 SA-RC or the SS 18 road. Read the istruction for reaching the Marnav & Palumbarus shipyard by overland.
